It’s all in the quotes!

Edited By Jeremy Rousse.

Fellow readers, are you searching for the meaning of our country? Would you like insight to the constant repeating of history? Would you like to know what we could do to prevent the fall of our country and the loss of liberties and freedoms you enjoy today? Well if you answered yes to all of these questions, then you need do only one thing! Read the quotes of our forefathers.

You see, Great men like Samuel Adams, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and the countless others that had some sort of help in one way or another in building this great and prosperous nation of ours left us with an unmistakable gift! A gift that could be used against tyranny, Injustice, 'anti-God-and-Country' traitors that our forefathers knew one day would infiltrate our great nation's walls! "What great gift is this?" you may ask. Well let me tell you! Their spoken words! Their very own written quoted comments and statements!

You see, they were well documented and sad to say for the liberal Socialists out there who fear truth and justice, we have proof of what our forefathers had planned for this nation of ours. We have the written word of the great men that fought all odds and won by the grace of God Himself. You see, when those around you of the liberal persuasion state that the Homeland Security bill is completely patriotic, you could quote Benjamin Franklin in stating "They that can give up essential liberty to purchase temporary safety, deserve neither safety nor liberty."

When Leftists within our midst state that God should be removed from the country you can quote one of the great signers of the Declaration of independence, John Adams: "We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion...Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."

And when those bleeding heart anti-gun liberals belt out that the second amendment to our Constitution does not pertain to the people as a whole, but only to an established militia, you can quote George Mason, from his Debates in Virginia Convention on Ratification of the Constitution, Elliot, Vol. 3, June 16, 1788 "I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people, except for a few public officials."

You see, our forefathers knew that one day our liberties would be challenged by those who would wish to take them, so being the great men they were, (flawed, yes, but who is not, I ask?) they left us with the defense of their very ideas, the very bricks they had used to build our nation. Now it is up to us to defend, and to rebuild those walls and fortifications that they had once created and defended themselves, with their lives!

My favorite Revolutionary Samuel Adams, who was also a fellow Bostonian of old had once stated "A general dissolution of principles and manners will more surely overthrow the liberties of America than the whole force of the common enemy. While the people are virtuous they cannot be subdued; but when once they lose their virtue they will be ready to surrender their liberties to the first external or internal invader. . . . If virtue and knowledge are diffused among the people, they will never be enslaved. This will be their great security." What else needs to be said? As I stated, brothers and sisters in Liberty, it's all in the quotes!

For God and Country.

If the person posting this message left their e-mail address, we inserted some random characters to prevent spammers from harvesting their address. Spammers do this with automated "bots" that constantly search the Web looking for e-mail addresses. Since you're a human being, not a bot, you can easily obtain the real address by removing the text that says "ThisisToPreventSpam-XYZ-RemoveThis." including the random number XYZ and the period at the end. For example, <whitten@ThisIsToPreventSpam-123-RemoveThis.despammed.com> would become <chris-(@)-interesting.com>.
